It is a cationic polymer, colorless to light yellow liquid, used for sugar(syrup) and juice decoloration, in the raw sugar process and refined sugar process.

Sugar syrup treatment:

Sugar, with water, is one of the main raw materials in the beverage industry.
Sugar, especially cane sugar, may be of different quality depending on the type of refining process to which it was subjected. In some cases, the sugar available cannot be used as it is because it does not meet the quality standards and requirements of beverage bottlers. In this case, the sugar syrup may be subjected to the following treatments: filtering (to eliminate suspended solids), clarification and decolorization (to reduce turbidity and color), and deodorization (to eliminate any unpleasant odors and/or flavors).

Application Methods:

1 Before use, it should have a solution of a concentration of 0.5%-0.05%( based on solid content).
2 The dosage is based on the turbidity and the concentration of the different source water. The most economical dosage is based on the trial. The dosing spot and the mixing velocity should be carefully decided to guarantee that the chemical can be mixed evenly with the other chemicals in the water and the flocs cannot be broken.

  1. Packed in 200L and 1000L plastic drums

  2. Stored in the original packaging in a cool and dry place, away from sources of heat, flame, and direct sunlight.

  3. Soluble in water, safe, non-toxic, hydrolytic stable, non-flammable and non-explosive.
